I almost lost a laptop recently. I had set my laptop on the dining room table while I was cleaning up my office. I figured it was safer out there than it was in the room where I was going to be moving a boatload of furniture.

Little did I know that on my next trip out there with some other fragile stuff that the edge of a small shelf unit would catch the edge of the tablecloth. You have never seen someone move as fast as I did when I threw myself under the laptop to keep it from hitting the floor.

To sum it all up, the laptop is fine, but my shoulder really hurts.
