I Want More…

I am waiting for the day that technology is developed that is hack-proof. I know, it’s a longshot, but I can hope can’t I?

Over the course of the past year, my bank account has been “compromised” twice when I paid my electric bill online. Two different processors, two different cards, same hacker? Who knows, I doubt it.

My bank has handled things real well, but I am considering opening one or two new checking accounts, one to pay house related bills, and the other to pay all the others. WaMu checking offers a great number of options, all of which sound really good at the moment, especially the free identity theft services.

One Response to “I Want More…”

  • Hacker proof technology? That’s a terribly heartless suggestion. Think of all of those poor, defenseless hackers that you’ll be throwing out of work. Then they’ll have to resort to the drudgery of physical labor, such as burgling homes, mugging people and robbing banks.
